Sigil Occult Jewelry operates the website (https://www.SigilOccultJewelry.com) and by placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms. These terms are in place to protect both parties and ensure a mutual understanding of our services.

  1. General:

We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but occasionally there may be discrepancies. If we cannot fulfill all the items in your order at the time of purchase, we will contact you to discuss whether you prefer to wait for restocking or receive a refund for the unavailable item.

    2. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The payment for shipping will be collected during the checkout process, and this will be the final price for shipping.

    3. Returns:

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind:

​

We accept returns due to a change of mind if you request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned to us in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Please note that return shipping will be at your expense, and you will need to arrange your own shipping.

Once we receive and accept the return, we will process a refund in the form of store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you via email when the refund is completed. Please note that we will refund the value of the goods but not the shipping costs.

3.2 Warranty Returns:

We honor valid warranty claims if you submit a claim within 90 days of receiving the item. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs initially, but we will reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim. Once we receive the items for the warranty claim, we will process it within 7 days. You will have the choice of a refund to your payment method, store credit refund, or a replacement item if available.

    4. Delivery Terms:

4.1 Transit Time Domestically:

Domestic shipments generally take 2-7 days to arrive.

4.2 Transit Time Internationally:

International orders usually take 4-22 days to arrive, depending on the courier selected during checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time:

We usually dispatch orders within 2 business days after payment is received. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday, except on national holidays, where we strive to minimize shipment delays.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address:

If you need to change the delivery address, you can do so before the order is dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping:

We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. Courier services are not available for these locations.

4.6 Military Address Shipping:

We can ship to military addresses using USPS, but courier services are not available for this option.

4.7 Items Out of Stock:

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the available items immediately and send the remaining items once they are back in stock.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded:

If the delivery time exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will investigate the matter.

    5. Tracking Notifications:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates from the shipping provider.

    6.Parcels Damaged in Transit:

If you notice that a parcel is damaged during transit, please try to reject it if possible and contact our customer service. If the parcel is delivered in your absence, please reach out to our customer service for further instructions.

    7. Duties & Taxes:

7.1 Sales Tax:

Sales tax is already included in the displayed price of the goods on our website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes:

For international shipments, import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination

 

    8. Cancellations:

If you change your mind about your order before it is delivered, you can cancel it at any time. However, if the order has already been shipped, please check our refund policy for further instructions on returning the items.

    9. Insurance:

We provide insurance for parcels to cover any loss or damage during transit. The coverage is up to the value specified by the courier.

9.1 Process for Damaged Parcels:

If you receive a parcel that is damaged during transit, please let us know. We will initiate a refund or send a replacement as soon as the courier completes their investigation into the claim.

9.2 Process for Lost Parcels:

If a parcel is lost during transit, we will take action once the courier investigates and confirms the loss. We will either refund your payment or send a replacement.
