Ebay shipping terms have been updated. Buy 2 get free Shipping. International Buyers will not be routed through Ebay's Global Shipping program. I have had too many lost packages recently. Despite having tracking numbers, our Postal Services tell me that its likely the packages are tied up in Customs and it can take up to 30 days before they release the packages. As far as I know, we have not gotten any packages returned to us therefore we are forced to issue a refund for packages that shipped but apparently no one recieves them. This new method of shipping will release us from having to deal with investigating what went wrong. It will not be up to a 3rd party to handle International Shipments only.
Amazon orders will not offer International Shipping where it was not there previously. We also experienced a recent setback. Emails were not forwarded to me from those sending messages via Amazon. This has been fixed, we apologize for the delay.
Also, from time to time, you will see words like " I " and "We"...that's because this site is typically run by one person, myself, who is typing this and the one you will likely hear from via emails and other forums online. The "WE" referrence is the team behind me that assists in shipping, manufacturing, and all other aspects of our online presence.
