At Sigil Occult Jewelry, we take pride in offering high-quality jewelry designed to stand the test of time. Our standard 30-day warranty applies to all items, but for a select few designs, we now offer an extended protection plan—The Dark Path Warranty—for those who value their jewelry and want extra assurance.

What This Covers:

✔ Available only for select pendants where color may wear off prematurely within 2 years.

✔ If discoloration occurs beyond the initial 30-day warranty, contact us with your ORDER NUMBER + PROOF OF DAMAGE, and we will issue a one-time replacement within the 2-year period.

✔ If the pendant is no longer available, we will provide a credit equal to the warranty value for a future purchase.

What This Does Not Cover:

✖ Normal wear and tear, scratches, intentional damage, or fading due to exposure to chemicals.

Why We Offer This:

Instances of color fading are rare—approximately 1 in 1000 pieces—but environmental factors (humidity, climate, body chemistry) may impact the longevity of certain colored designs. In the past, we've offered discounted replacements to loyal customers who loved their piece but experienced this uncommon issue. This warranty was born from those experiences, giving you peace of mind with a guaranteed replacement.

Optional, But Recommended:

The Dark Path Warranty is not required but provides extra protection for select items. If available, it will be listed as an optional add-on when purchasing your pendant.
